Mae fy ymchwil yn canolbwyntio ar imiwnoleg diabetes math 1, gan ddefnyddio dulliau biowybodeg newydd i ddadansoddi ymatebion penodol antigen mewn samplau treialon clinigol. Mae gen i ddiddordeb hefyd mewn dadansoddiad ffenoteipig o gelloedd T a B mewn pobl â diabetes math 1 ac mewn pobl sydd ag awtogyrff ond nad ydyn nhw'n symud ymlaen i ddiabetes.
