Diddordebau Ymchwil
Fy mhrif ffocws ymchwil yw ymchwilio i anhwylderau'r asgwrn cefn, poen a chamweithrediad yn ystod symudiad swyddogaethol. Mae hyn yn cynnwys: rheolaeth niwrogyhyrol, anghydbwysedd cyhyrau, dirywiad disg, osteoarthritis asgwrn cefn, camweithrediad rheoli modur a biomecaneg i ddeall mecanweithiau poen sylfaenol yn well ac i lywio strategaethau adsefydlu ac atal effeithiol. Mae gen i ddiddordeb hefyd mewn rheoli ac atal anhwylderau a lles cyhyrysgerbydol yn y gweithlu, gyda phrosiectau cyfredol yn archwilio anafiadau cyhyrysgerbydol mewn poblogaethau perthynol i iechyd a cherddorion.
Prosiectau cyfredol a blaenorol
