- Defnyddwyr, Technolegau sy'n Dod i'r Amlwg, a Phrofiadau Ffygital, archwilio sut mae defnyddwyr yn rhyngweithio â thechnolegau newydd ac yn ymateb iddynt ym mywyd bob dydd (e.e. cyfryngau cymdeithasol, llwyfannau, dylanwadwyr cyfryngau cymdeithasol, ymgyrchoedd dylanwadwyr wedi'u cyfryngu gan AI, gwasanaethau wedi'u galluogi gan AI, defnydd o GenAI gan ddefnyddwyr), a sut mae dynol-dechnoleg yn gyffredinol a chysylltiadau dynol-AI yn siapio hunaniaeth, gwneud penderfyniadau defnyddwyr, ac arferion defnydd.
- Hunaniaeth Defnyddwyr, Diwylliannu, a Pherthyn, gan gynnwys hunaniaethau hybrid, trawsddiwylliannol a seiliedig ar ffydd ar draws amgylcheddau digidol, corfforol a gwasanaeth.
- Defnydd a Marchnata sy'n Seiliedig ar Ffydd, gan gynnwys defnydd halal, moeseg, meddylfryd cynaliadwyedd, ac ymddygiad defnyddwyr sy'n cael ei yrru gan werthoedd.
- Entrepreneuriaeth a Mentrau Cymunedol, gan ganolbwyntio ar arwain a rheoli mentrau wedi'u hymgorffori'n ddiwylliannol, arloesi cymdeithasol, entrepreneuriaeth menywod a modelau busnes cynhwysol ar gyfer grymuso cymunedol, cynhwysiant ariannol a datblygu sgiliau.
Diddordebau ymchwil goruchwylio PhD
Rwy'n croesawu cynigion PhD sy'n archwilio'r themâu canlynol ar draws mewn unrhyw gyd-destunau busnes, rheoli a gwasanaeth (gan gynnwys marchnadoedd defnyddwyr, gwasanaethau, llwyfannau digidol, a sefydliadau ond yn bennaf o safbwynt ymddygiad defnyddwyr a marchnata):
- Twristiaeth, Lletygarwch a Phrofiadau Gwasanaeth - mae ymddygiad defnyddwyr mewn twristiaeth a lletygarwch yn cael ei siapio fwyfwy gan gyfryngau cymdeithasol, llwyfannau digidol, a thechnolegau AI wedi'u hymgorffori ar draws y daith deithio. Mae angen ymchwil i ddeall sut mae teithwyr yn rhyngweithio ag amgylcheddau phygital, gwasanaethau wedi'u galluogi gan AI, ac offer penderfynu algorithmig, a sut mae'r technolegau hyn yn dylanwadu ar ddewis, asiantaeth a gwerthuso profiad. Mae maes ymchwil arall yn ymwneud â rôl ymddiriedaeth, dilysrwydd a hunaniaeth mewn dewisiadau a phrofiadau teithio wedi'u cyfryngu yn ddigidol. Mae dylanwadwyr cyfryngau cymdeithasol, cynnwys a gynhyrchir gan AI, ac algorithmau platfform yn siapio dychmygolion a disgwyliadau cyrchfan, gan godi cwestiynau am hygrededd, teithio perfformiadol, a'r bwlch cynyddol rhwng profiadau disgwyliedig a byw. Yn yr un modd, mae gen i ddiddordeb hefyd mewn ymchwil sy'n mynd i'r afael â goblygiadau moesegol, diwylliannol a chynaliadwyedd ehangach twristiaeth ddigidol. Mae hyn yn cynnwys materion preifatrwydd, gwyliadwriaeth, cynhwysiant, a rhagfarn algorithmig sy'n effeithio ar deithwyr prif ffrwd a lleiafrifol, yn ogystal â gwrthwynebiad defnyddwyr i or-awtomeiddio a rôl technolegau digidol wrth hyrwyddo arferion twristiaeth gyfrifol a chynaliadwy.
- Defnyddwyr a Thechnolegau sy'n Dod i'r Amlwg mewn Bywyd Bob Dydd, gan archwilio sut mae defnyddwyr yn llywio ac yn ymateb i amgylcheddau ffisegol a digidol rhyng-gysylltiedig - e.e. ymgysylltu â'r cyfryngau cymdeithasol, dylanwadwyr cyfryngau cymdeithasol, perthnasoedd paragymdeithasol yng nghyd-destun cyfryngau cymdeithasol ond hefyd defnydd o AI gan ddefnyddwyr, sut ac ym mha ystyr mae dylanwadwyr wedi'u cyfryngu gan AI yn effeithio ar ymddygiad defnyddwyr ar draws meysydd phygital (siop, apiau, cymdeithasol ac ati), beth yw ochrau cadarnhaol a thywyll defnyddio AI yn arbennig GenAI a sut mae rhyngweithiadau dynol-technoleg a dynol-AI yn siapio hunaniaeth, gwneud penderfyniadau defnyddwyr, ac arferion defnydd mewn gwahanol sectorau busnes.
- Entrepreneuriaeth a Mentrau Cymunedol - archwilio rôl entrepreneuriaeth menywod, mentrau wedi'u hymgorffori'n lleol, arloesi cymdeithasol, a modelau busnes cynhwysol wrth greu gwerth i gymdeithas, gwella ymgysylltu cymunedol a grymuso a chynhwysiant ariannol.
- Moeseg, Cynaliadwyedd, a Busnes Cyfrifol, yn enwedig sut ac ym mha ystyr mae gwerthoedd crefyddol a chymunedol yn dylanwadu ar ymatebion defnyddwyr i fusnesau o'r fath.
- Hunaniaeth Defnyddwyr, Diwylliant, a Diwylliannau, sy'n archwilio tebygrwydd a gwahaniaethau rhwng defnyddwyr prif ffrwd a lleiafrifol, gan gynnwys hunaniaethau hybrid, trawsddiwylliannol a seiliedig ar ffydd.
- Marchnata mewn Marchnadoedd Diwylliannol Amrywiol, gan ganolbwyntio ar sut mae cwmnïau yn ymgysylltu, cyfathrebu â nhw a chreu gwerth ar gyfer grwpiau defnyddwyr diwylliannol amrywiol. Sut mae defnyddwyr yn ymateb i ymdrechion marchnata amlddiwylliannol?
- Defnydd a Marchnata sy'n Seiliedig ar Ffydd gan gynnwys defnydd halal, moeseg, meddylfryd cynaliadwyedd, ymateb i fancio Islamaidd a gwneud penderfyniadau defnyddwyr sy'n cael eu gyrru gan werthoedd.
