Rwy'n ymchwilydd meintiol sy'n gweithio yn WISERD ym Mhrifysgol Caerdydd, ac yn gweithio gydag Ymchwil Data Gweinyddol Cymru. Mae fy ymchwil gyfredol yn canolbwyntio ar sgiliau a chyflogaeth, gyda phwyslais arbennig ar gysylltu a dadansoddi data gweinyddol.
Cwblheais fy PhD mewn Cymdeithaseg ym Mhrifysgol Rhydychen yn 2023. My doctoral research used cross-national survey data combined with country-level indicators to examine how wage inequality is shaped by institutional contexts, especially labour market dualization and collective bargaining institutions.
Ers hynny, rwyf wedi gweithio'n helaeth gyda data gweinyddol o fewn Banc Data SAIL i ymchwilio i lwybrau anfantais. Mae fy ymchwil wedi archwilio pynciau fel anghydraddoldebau ethnig a chrefyddol mewn gofal cymdeithasol plant ac anfantais ddifrifol a lluosog ymhlith pobl ifanc, gan gysylltu data Cyfrifiad, addysg, iechyd a gofal cymdeithasol.
