- Llais myfyrwyr ar ddysgu ac asesu mewn rhaglen Addysg Trawswladol (TNE) [cyfadran hedfan DU-Tsieina].
Addysgu
Wedi'i leoli yn yr Academi Dysgu ac Addysgu (LTA), rwy'n addysgu'n bennaf ar Launchpad (gweithdy i staff sy'n newydd i addysgu) a'r rhaglen Cymrodoriaeth Gysylltiedig sy'n cynnwys cefnogi cydweithwyr i ddatblygu eu hymarfer mewn gwahanol feysydd megis:

Bywgraffiad
Dechreuodd fy ngyrfa ym maes addysg yn 2001 ar ôl hyfforddi fel athrawes ysgol gynradd sy'n arbenigo mewn blynyddoedd cynnar (plant 3 i 5 oed). Ers hynny rwyf wedi gweithio mewn amrywiaeth o sectorau gan gynnwys blynyddoedd cynnar ac addysg gynradd, ysgol goedwig, ac addysg bellach lle cyflwynais raddau sylfaen a gradd ychwanegol yn ymwneud ag addysg, dysgu a datblygu.
Ar ôl gorffen fy PhD a ariennir gan ESRC yn 2015 yn Ysgol y Gwyddorau Cymdeithasol, ymunais â Phrifysgol Bath Spa (BSU) fel darlithydd. Roedd y rôl yn BSU yn cynnwys bod yn arweinydd cwrs ar gyfer y radd astudiaethau plentyndod cynnar israddedig, tiwtor ôl-raddedig ar gyfer ymarfer addysg uwch a thiwtor cyswllt ar gyfer darpariaeth gydweithredol mewn dau goleg addysg bellach. Tra yn BSU fe wnes i hefyd ddatblygu a chyflwyno rhaglen Addysg Trawswladol israddedig (TNE) (model cyfadran hedfan) i fyfyrwyr yn Hunan, Tsieina.
Yn 2020, penderfynais ganolbwyntio ar hogi fy sgiliau fel ymchwilydd a gweithiais yn y proffesiwn Ymchwil Gymdeithasol y Llywodraeth (GSR) yn y tîm ymchwil cyfiawnder cymdeithasol yn Llywodraeth Cymru cyn ymuno â Phrifysgol Caerdydd (Mai 2022). Fy mhrif ddiddordebau yw amgylcheddau dysgu ac addysgu cydweithredol a thraws-ddiwylliannol, chwarae a chwareusrwydd mewn addysgeg addysg uwch a lles.
