I am currently involved in a study which aims to help older women make decisions about breast cancer treatment. This is part of the Bridging the Age Gap in Breast Cancer Study, which is funded by the National Health Institute for Research (NIHR) and is being led by the University of Sheffield and Sheffield Hallam University. I have previously been involved with the psychological evaluation of cancer screening trials. These included the United Kingdom Lung Cancer Screening (UKLS) pilot trial and the Psychological evaluation of Familial Ovarian Cancer Screening (PsyFOCS).
