Mae Sehwa yn Ddarlithydd mewn Logisteg a Rheoli Gweithrediadau yn Ysgol Busnes Caerdydd. Mae ei hymchwil yn canolbwyntio ar reoli porthladdoedd, logisteg forwrol a thrawsnewid systemau trafnidiaeth yn gynaliadwy. Mae hi'n ymchwilio i sut y gall porthladdoedd ddod yn fwy cynaliadwy, gwydn a chystadleuol, mewn ymateb i ddatgarboneiddio, ansicrwydd gweithredol a disgwyliadau cymdeithasol ehangach sy'n newid. Mae ei hymchwil hefyd yn cynnwys cludiant cludo nwyddau amlfoddol a datblygu strategol systemau logisteg morwrol.
Cwblhaodd ei PhD yn Ysgol Busnes Caerdydd ac mae ganddi hefyd MBA mewn Masnach Ryngwladol, MSc mewn Dulliau Ymchwil y Gwyddorau Cymdeithasol a BSc mewn Masnach Ryngwladol. Mae hi'n Gymrawd Advance AU ac mae'n dysgu ar draws logisteg, trafnidiaeth a rheoli cadwyn gyflenwi.
Mae ei gwaith yn cyfuno sylfeini damcaniaethol cryf â dulliau meintiol ac ansoddol, gan gynnwys modelu ystadegol, dadansoddiad hydredol, ymchwil arolygon ac ymgysylltu â rhanddeiliaid. Mae ganddi ddiddordeb arbennig mewn datblygu dulliau sy'n seiliedig ar dystiolaeth a data i gefnogi gwneud penderfyniadau mewn porthladdoedd, cludiant cludo nwyddau a logisteg forwrol.
Mae hi'n croesawu cyfleoedd ar gyfer goruchwyliaeth ddoethurol, cydweithredu rhyngddisgyblaethol ac ymchwil sy'n ymwneud â diwydiant mewn logisteg forwrol, porthladdoedd a thrafnidiaeth gynaliadwy.
