Ymchwil
Rwy'n gyd-ymchwilydd ar Gydweithrediad Resarch Penderfynyddion Iechyd Rhondda Cynon Taf. Rhaglen filiwnion gwerth £5 mlynedd sy'n anelu at greu diwylliant resarch bywiog yn yr Authroity Lleol, gan sbarduno gwneud penderfyniadau ar sail tystiolaeth i dorri'r cylch tlodi, gwella cyfleoedd bywyd y rhai mwyaf difreintiedig, a mynd i'r afael â phenderfynyddion ehangach iechyd.
Yn flaenorol, roeddwn yn rheolwr astudio astudiaethau gwella gofal iechyd aml-safle mawr, wedi'u cydlynu gan ymchwil y Sefydliad Iechyd Cenedlaethol (PUMA) a'r Royal College of Nursing Foundation (Pro-Judge). PUMA - System Rhybudd Cynnar Pediatrig - Defnyddio ac Osgoi Marwolaethau yn cynnwys datblygu, gweithredu a gwerthuso dull arloesol o wella canfod dirywiad mewn plant yn ysbytai'r DU. Roedd Pro-Judge yn cynnwys dadansoddi'r defnydd o broffesiynol Dyfarniad mewn penderfyniadau staff nyrsio. Cyn ymuno â'r Ganolfan Ymchwil Treialon (CTR), bûm yn gweithio ar raglen gweithredu ar gyfer gwneud penderfyniadau ar y cyd ar raddfa fawr, a ariannwyd gan y Sefydliad Iechyd ' MAGIC - Making Good Decisions in Collaboration with Patients'.
