Trosolwyg
Mae fy niddordebau mewn problemau sbectrol i weithredwyr gwahaniaethol cyffredin a rhannol a phensiliau gweithredwyr, ac mae'n cynnwys dadansoddi a mathemateg gyfrifiadurol. Mae'r Cyngor Ymchwil Peirianneg a'r Gwyddorau Ffisegol wedi ariannu fy ngwaith ers 1994 ac rwyf hefyd wedi cael cyllid sylweddol gan Ymddiriedolaeth Leverhulme a Chymdeithas Fathemategol Llundain.
Mae llawer o'm gwaith yn ymwneud â modelau sy'n codi mewn ffiseg fathemategol, gan gynnwys hafaliadau Schroedinger a Maxwell. Rwyf hefyd yn gweithio ar broblemau gwrthdro mewn theori sbectrwm: mae'r rhain yn cynnwys pennu'r paramedrau mewnol mewn system ffisegol trwy wneud mesuriadau ar ffin allanol. Yn fathemategol, mae hyn yn golygu pennu hafaliadau differol o wybodaeth am rai (cyffredinol) Dirichlet i Neumann map.
