Rwy'n Gydymaith Ymchwil yn CASCADE ar werthuso Peilot Incwm Sylfaenol Llywodraeth Cymru ar gyfer Ymadawyr Gofal. Rwy'n cwblhau fy ymchwil doethurol ym Mhrifysgol Caerfaddon, gan astudio effeithiau WorkFREE®, peilot incwm sylfaenol 'plus', ar brofiadau o urddas, rhyddid a gwaith gweddus i'r tlawd trefol yn ne India.
Mae fy meysydd ymchwil eraill yn cynnwys polisi cymdeithasol, ymddygiad pleidleisio a chyfranogiad gwleidyddol, pontio a chefnogaeth mewn addysg uwch a llafur, a'r economi gofal.
Rwyf hefyd yn gyd-sylfaenydd Spinning Wheel Leadership Foundation sy'n gweithio gyda phobl ifanc a phobl ifanc mewn rhannau llwythol o India i adeiladu sgiliau bywyd yr 21ain ganrif.
