Rwy'n Gydymaith Ymchwil yn CASCADE ar werthuso Cynllun Peilot Incwm Sylfaenol Llywodraeth Cymru ar gyfer Pobl sy'n Gadael Gofal. Mae fy ymchwil doethurol yn archwilio effeithiau WorkFREE, peilot 'plus' incwm sylfaenol, ar brofiadau o urddas, rhyddid a gwaith gweddus i'r tlodion trefol yn ne India.
Mae fy meysydd ymchwil eraill yn cynnwys polisi cymdeithasol, ymddygiad pleidleisio a chyfranogiad gwleidyddol, trawsnewidiadau a chefnogaeth mewn addysg uwch a llafur, a'r economi gofal.
Rwyf hefyd yn gyd-sylfaenydd Spinning Wheel Leadership Foundation sy'n gweithio gyda phobl ifanc a phobl ifanc mewn rhannau llwythol o India i adeiladu sgiliau bywyd yr 21ain ganrif.
