Rwy'n ymchwilydd ac entrepreneur cymdeithasol gyda dros ddegawd o brofiad o weithio gyda phobl ifanc a phoblogaethau agored i niwed sy'n byw mewn cyd-destunau ymylol a heb eu gwasanaethu.
Rwy'n Gydymaith Ymchwil yn CASCADE ar werthusiad Peilot Incwm Sylfaenol Llywodraeth Cymru ar gyfer pobl sy'n gadael gofal. Rwyf hefyd yn gweithio ar y pecyn gwaith ansoddol ar brosiect CARE Lab . Mae fy ymchwil doethurol yn archwilio effeithiau WorkFREE, peilot incwm sylfaenol 'plus', ar brofiadau o urddas, rhyddid a gwaith gweddus i'r tlodion trefol yn ne India.
Mae fy meysydd ymchwil eraill yn cynnwys polisi cymdeithasol, ymddygiad pleidleisio a chyfranogiad gwleidyddol, pontio a chefnogaeth mewn addysg uwch a llafur, a'r economi gofal.
Rwyf hefyd yn gyd-sylfaenydd Spinning Wheel Leadership Foundation sy'n gweithio gyda phobl ifanc yn eu harddegau a phobl ifanc mewn rhannau llwythol o India i adeiladu sgiliau bywyd yr 21ain ganrif.
