Overview

I am a researcher and social entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in working with young people and vulnerable populations living in marginalised and underserved contexts.

I am a Research Associate at CASCADE on the evaluation of the Welsh Government's Basic Income Pilot for Care Leavers. I am completing my doctoral research at the University of Bath, studying the effects of WorkFREE, a basic income 'plus' pilot, on experiences of dignity, freedom and decent work for the urban poor in south India.

My other research areas include social policy, voting behaviour and political participation, transitions and support in higher education and labour, and the care economy.

I am also the co-founder of Spinning Wheel Leadership Foundation that works with adolescents and young people in tribal parts of India to build 21st century life skills.
