Trosolwyg
Rwy'n Gydymaith Ymchwil / Rheolwr Treial yn y Ganolfan Ymchwil Treialon ( CTR) sy'n gweithio ar ddwy astudiaeth ymchwil a PhD mewn iechyd mamol a newydd-anedig byd-eang.
Fy mhrosiectau presennol:
Mae'r Astudiaeth POOL , sy'n astudiaeth sy'n ceisio sefydlu diogelwch genedigaethau dŵr, yn cael ei harwain gan Ysgol y Gwyddorau Gofal Iechyd, Prifysgol Caerdydd ac mae wedi'i lleoli yn y DU ar draws 26 o safleoedd y GIG.
Astudiaeth sy'n archwilio ar y ffactorau sy'n dylanwadu ar weithredu model gofal Parhad Bydwreigiaeth Gofalwr (MCoC) yn Lloegr: dadansoddiad traws-achos dull cymysg.
Mae rhai o'm gwaith blaenorol yn cynnwys:
Astudiaeth ymchwil STEADFAST sy'n edrych ar ganlyniadau addysg mewn pobl ifanc â diabetes: cyfranogiad arloesol a llywodraethu i gefnogi ymddiriedaeth y cyhoedd.
Mae PAN-COVID yn gofrestrfa fyd-eang dan arweiniad Coleg Imperial Llundain, gyda'r nod o werthuso cysylltiad amheuaeth o COVID-19 a haint SARS-CoV-2 wedi'i gadarnhau mewn menywod yn ystod beichiogrwydd gyda: Nodiadau, 2. Cyfyngiad twf ffetws a marw-enedigaeth, 3. Darparu cyn y tymor a 4. Trosglwyddiad fertigol
Mae FEMUR III yn hap-dreial rheoledig diffiniol ac yn werthusiad economaidd o becyn adsefydlu yn y gymuned yn dilyn torri clun dan arweiniad Prifysgol Lerpwl, CTR yn goruchwylio tri safle GIG yn Ne Cymru.
Nifer yr achosion a phenderfynyddion marw-enedigaeth yn Nigeria astudiaeth ddichonoldeb a ariennir gan y Gronfa Ymchwil Heriau Byd-eang.
BARNARDS (Baich Ymwrthedd i Wrthfiotigau mewn Newydd-anedig o Gymdeithasau Datblygu) a arweiniwyd gan Brifysgol Caerdydd ac a oedd yn astudiaeth fyd-eang gyda'r nod o bennu nifer yr achosion o sepsis mewn babanod newydd-anedig o saith gwlad incwm isel a chanolig yn ogystal â deall baich ymwrthedd gwrthfiotig a ariannwyd gan The Gates Foundation.
