Rwy'n Ddarlithydd mewn Nyrsio Oedolion yn Ysgol y Gwyddorau Gofal Iechyd ym Mhrifysgol Caerdydd a SFHEA. Rwy'n Nyrs Gyffredinol Gofrestredig gyda chylch cefn clinigol mewn Meddygaeth, Haemotoleg a Nyrsio Cymunedol (gan gynnwys gwasanaethau ymateb cyflym a Gwasanaethau Nyrsys Therapi IV arbenigol). Rwy'n addysgu ar y Rhaglenni Nyrsio Oedolion Israddedig a Rhaglenni Dychwelyd i Ymarfer. Fy niddordeb arbennig yw proffesiynoldeb, ymarfer myfyriol, arweinyddiaeth, gofal sylfaenol, ymarfer sy'n seiliedig ar dystiolaeth a sgiliau clinigol.
Ymunais â Phrifysgol Caerdydd yn 2015 yn dilyn 27 mlynedd mewn ymarfer clinigol, lle rwyf wedi cael amrywiaeth o rolau a oedd yn cynnwys Tiwtor sgiliau clinigol a Darlithydd (Cymraeg) yn cefnogi Gweithwyr Proffesiynol Iechyd Perthynol. Ar hyn o bryd rwy'n arweinydd modiwl, yn Rheolwr Rhaglen (Dychwelyd at Ymarfer Nyrsio) ac yn Gydlynydd Camymddwyn Academaidd am 3 blynedd.
