Ymunodd Dr Stanislava Nedeva â Phrifysgol Caerdydd fel Darlithydd yn y Gyfraith ym mis Ionawr 2024, ac mae wedi dysgu ym Mhrifysgol Reading yn flaenorol, a chyn hynny yn UWE Bryste a Phrifysgol Caerwysg (rhan-amser).
Mae gan Dr Nedeva ddiddordebau ymchwil mewn cyfraith fuddsoddi, cyflafareddu (cytundeb masnachol a buddsoddi rhyngwladol), cyfraith ynni (olew a nwy), cyfraith yr UE a chyfraith ryngwladol breifat. Mae hi wedi cyhoeddi yn y meysydd uchod; Mae'n agored i ymchwil gydweithredol yn y meysydd hyn.
Enillodd Efrydiaeth Ymchwil yr Is-Ganghellor (cyllid llawn, seiliedig ar deilyngdod) i gwblhau ei PhD mewn contractau buddsoddi olew a nwy a chyflafareddu ym Mhrifysgol Caerwysg. Cydnabuwyd ei thraethawd ymchwil gyda'r Wobr 'Anrhydeddus Sôn' yng Nghystadleuaeth Sefydliad Cyfraith Busnes y Byd ICC 2021. Yn dilyn hynny, derbyniwyd ei monograff i'w gyhoeddi ac mae bellach wedi'i gyhoeddi gan Edward Elgar Publishing, gyda'r teitl Predictability in Oil and Gas Investment Agreements: Balancing Interests for a Stable Investment Environment.
