Mae fy darlithoedd yn canolbwyntio ar thermodynameg systemau colloidal. Gan archwilio'r grymoedd gyrru thermodynamig sy'n sail i ymddygiad atebion, mae'r darlithoedd hyn yn tynnu sylw at sut mae cemeg moleciwlaidd a chyfansoddiad system gyffredinol yn arwain at y strwythurau hunan-ymgynnull sy'n hanfodol ar gyfer effeithiolrwydd ystod eang o gynhyrchion yr ydym yn eu defnyddio bob dydd.
