Trosolwyg
Mae Sara’n Gyd-Gyfarwyddwr ar yr Uned Economi Greadigol ym Mhrifysgol Caerdydd. Ei rôl yw cynnig arweiniad a chyfeiriad strategol i'r Uned a'r tîm. Ar hyn o bryd mae hyn yn cynnwys mentrau ymchwil ac ymgysylltu fel y rhwydwaith dinas greadigol Caerdydd Creadigol, Clwstwr, prosiect Ymchwil a Datblygu gwerth £9 miliwn sy’n hybu arloesedd yn economi Cymru, a Media Cymru, rhaglen £50 miliwn a ariennir gan Strength in Places UKRI. Ar gyfer Media Cymru bydd gwaith Sara’n canolbwyntio ar ddatblygiad a chyflawniad strategol y rhaglen gan gynnwys llywodraethu, rheoli, syniadaeth arloesi, gweithredu ac allbynnau, gofodau, partneriaethau a chydweithrediadau rhyngwladol.
Mae Sara’n gweithio gydag amrywiaeth eang o randdeiliaid, gan gynnwys partneriaid academaidd, diwydiant a llywodraeth, ac mae'n awyddus i ddod o hyd i ffyrdd iddynt ddod at ei gilydd i gefnogi a deall yr economi greadigol yn well. Mae gan Sara angerdd dros hyrwyddo a datblygu talent a syniadau newydd a meithrin partneriaethau sy'n galluogi unigolion a sefydliadau i wireddu eu potensial creadigol a masnachol yn llawn.
Yn y gorffennol, mae Sara wedi bod mewn swyddi amrywiol o gynhyrchydd i reolwr prosiect, ar gyfer sefydliadau fel Canolfan Southbank, Canolfan y Mileniwm, Theatr Glan yr Afon, Ysgol Celf a Chyfryngau Newydd Prifysgol Hull a Gemau Olympaidd Sydney 2000. Mae Sara’n aelod o Fwrdd Cynghori Ymddiriedolaeth Genedlaethol Cymru ar hyn o bryd.
