Amdanaf fi:
Uwch Ddarlithydd mewn Gwleidyddiaeth a Chysylltiadau Rhyngwladol ym Mhrifysgol Caerdydd ydwyf, lle rwy’n dysgu Gwleidyddiaeth Diriogaethol. Mae fy niddordebau ymchwil yn ymwneud â gwleidyddiaeth cenhedloedd hanesyddol Ewrop, datganoli cyllidol, ac ymatebolrwydd y llywodraeth mewn systemau gwleidyddol aml-lefel. Cwblheais fy ngradd doethuriaeth mewn Gwyddor Wleidyddol yn Ysgol Economeg Llundain (LSE).
Fe ges i radd Meistr mewn Gweinyddiaeth Gyhoeddus ym Mhrifysgol Pennsylvania ac yna fe weithiais mewn nifer o swyddi yn ymwneud â materion cyllidol yn yr Unol Daleithiau. Fel ymgynghorydd cyllideb yn Public Financial Management, cwmni ymgynghori ariannol mwyaf yr Unol Daleithiau, gweithiais gyda llywodraethau taleithiol a lleol ar gynlluniau i wella refeniw a lleihau gwariant. Gweithiais hefyd i dalaith Pennsylvania fel ymgynghorydd arbennig i ddau ysgrifennydd y gyllideb yng nghabinet Llywodraethwr Edward G. Rendell.
