Rwy'n gydymaith ymchwil yng Nghanolfan Wolfson ar gyfer Iechyd Meddwl Pobl Ifanc ac rwy'n rhan o'r grŵp seiciatreg Plant a'r Glasoed yn y Ganolfan Geneteg a Genomeg Niwroseiciatrig. Mae fy ymchwil mewn seicoleg ddatblygiadol ac mae'n canolbwyntio'n bennaf ar iselder ymhlith pobl ifanc a theuluoedd.
Yn fy rôl bresennol yng Nghanolfan Wolfson, rwy'n gweithio fel rhan o'r tîm goruchwylio ar hapdreial rheoledig o ymyrraeth ataliol ar gyfer iselder pobl ifanc, ac ar brosiect sy'n defnyddio data a gesglir fel mater o drefn i ddatblygu offeryn rhagfynegi risg ar gyfer iselder cynnar. Roedd gwaith fy PhD a gwblhawyd yn 2021 yn canolbwyntio ar y cysylltiad rhwng ADHD ac iselder ac rwy'n parhau i fod yn rhan o ymchwil yn y maes hwn.

Ar hyn o bryd rwy'n cwblhau Rhaglen Cymrodoriaethau Addysg Prifysgol Caerdydd a byddaf yn ennill achrediad fel Cymrawd yr Academi Addysg Uwch (FHEA) ar ôl ei gwblhau.
