Rwy'n gydymaith ymchwil yng Nghanolfan Wolfson ar gyfer Iechyd Meddwl Pobl Ifanc ac yn rhan o'r grŵp Seiciatreg Plant a'r Glasoed yn y Ganolfan Geneteg a Genomeg Niwroseiciatrig. Mae fy ymchwil mewn seicoleg ddatblygiadol ac mae'n canolbwyntio'n bennaf ar iselder mewn pobl ifanc a theuluoedd.
Yn fy rôl bresennol yng Nghanolfan Wolfson, rwy'n gweithio fel rhan o'r timau goruchwylio ar hap treial rheoledig o ymyrraeth ataliol ar gyfer iselder glasoed, ac ar brosiect sy'n defnyddio data a gesglir yn rheolaidd i ddatblygu offeryn rhagfynegi risg ar gyfer iselder cynnar.
Roedd gwaith fy PhD a gwblhawyd yn 2021 yn canolbwyntio ar y cysylltiad rhwng ADHD ac iselder ac rwy'n parhau i fod yn rhan o ymchwil yn y maes hwn.
