I am a Research Assistant within the School of Medicine, with a background in social sciences. My research interests include understanding and improving patient experience in healthcare settings, and understaning how to improve healthcare systems at a wider level.
I work within PRIME Centre Wales and am currently involved in understanding public attitudes towards death and dying; improving the way in which society talks about death and dying; understanding and improving end-of-life care in General Practice settings. I also work on the NIHR funded GPs in EDs study.
