Ymchwil
Mae fy niddordebau ymchwil yn ymwneud yn fras â dadansoddiad beirniadol o sefydliadau ac yn canolbwyntio'n benodol ar bynciau fel proffesiynau arbenigwyr, ac oedran, a archwiliwyd trwy lens adeiladu a disgwrs hunaniaeth. Mae fy ymchwil hefyd yn canolbwyntio ar ddulliau dadansoddi ansoddol ac yn benodol dadansoddiad disgwrs o gyfweliadau, grwpiau ffocws, arsylwi cyfranogwyr a data eilaidd. Archwiliodd fy ymchwil PhD broffesiynoldeb a hunaniaethau proffesiynol mewn cysylltiadau cyhoeddus yn y DU, gan archwilio'r hunaniaethau proffesiynol a adeiladwyd gan y gymdeithas broffesiynol ac ymarferwyr rheng flaen. Ers hynny, rwyf wedi bod yn rhan o amrywiaeth o brosiectau a ariennir gan genedlaethol a rhyngwladol sy'n archwilio sut mae tybiaethau ynghylch bywyd sefydliadol effaith oedran, a thueddiadau allweddol o ran pontio i ymddeoliad. Mae fy ymchwil ddiweddaraf hefyd yn edrych ar awdurdod arbenigol a'r heriau y mae'n eu hwynebu a'r newidiadau mewn cysyniadoli sydd eu hangen i gadw i fyny â'r heriau hyn.
