Rwy'n Gydymaith Ymchwil Ôl-ddoethurol (2023–2026) sy'n gweithio ar brosiect FLOURISH yn DECIPHer (Canolfan Datblygu, Gwerthuso, Cymhlethdod a Gweithredu mewn Gwella Iechyd y Cyhoedd) yn Ysgol y Gwyddorau Cymdeithasol, Prifysgol Caerdydd, Cymru, y Deyrnas Unedig.
Cwblheais fy PhD mewn Gwyddorau Iechyd ym Mhrifysgol Warwick, y DU, lle cyd-ddatblygais a phrofais ymyrraeth ffordd o fyw i atal Diabetes Mellitus Beigechiogrwydd (GDM) ymhlith menywod Indiaidd gan ddefnyddio dull ymchwil rhyngddisgyblaethol, o'r gwaelod i fyny.
Mae fy ymchwil yn canolbwyntio ar gyd-ddatblygu, addasu a gweithredu ymyriadau newid ymddygiad a hyrwyddo iechyd. Gan ddefnyddio ymchwil iechyd dulliau cymysg, rwy'n anelu at ddatblygu, gwerthuso a gweithredu ymyriadau effeithiol i atal a rheoli cyflyrau iechyd pwysig a lleihau anghydraddoldebau iechyd, yn enwedig ymhlith poblogaethau sydd heb eu gwasanaethu ac mewn lleoliadau adnoddau isel.
