Cydymaith Ymchwil, CASCADE
Trosolwyg
Rwy'n Gydymaith Ymchwil yng Nghanolfan Ymchwil a Datblygu Gofal Cymdeithasol Plant (CASCADE) ac ar hyn o bryd yn gweithio ar grant gofal cymdeithasol a ariennir gan Ymchwil Iechyd a Gofal Cymru (HCRW). Mae'r ymchwil hon yn archwilio rôl cynghorwyr personol yng Nghymru a phrofiadau pobl ifanc sy'n gadael gofal. Mae'r astudiaeth yn cael ei chyd-gynhyrchu gyda phobl sy'n gadael gofal a fydd yn cwblhau hyfforddiant ymchwil yn CASCADE cyn gwneud gwaith ar yr astudiaeth fel rhan o'r tîm ymchwil. Mae rhagor o wybodaeth am yr astudiaeth ar gael yma: https://cascadewales.org/research/exploring-the-role-of-personal-advisors-in-wales-a-co-produced-study-with-care-experienced-young-people/
Cyn yr astudiaeth hon, gweithiais ar gymrodoriaeth a ariennir gan HCRW a oedd yn archwilio'r trawsnewidiadau ôl-16 a chyrchfannau pobl sy'n gadael PRU profiadol o ofal yng Nghymru. Rwyf hefyd wedi gweithio ar sawl prosiect ymchwil pwysig arall o fewn CASCADE, gan gynnwys y Prosiect Lles Plant ac Anghydraddoldebau (CWIP), Treial Gweithwyr Cymdeithasol mewn Ysgolion (SWIS) a'r Prosiect Plant ac Addysg sy'n Derbyn Gofal (LACE).
Rwy'n weithiwr ieuenctid a chymunedol cymwys ac yn flaenorol yn rheoli gorsaf radio gymunedol dan arweiniad ieuenctid. Mae fy niddordebau ymchwil yn cynnwys astudiaethau plentyndod, anghydraddoldebau lles plant, rolau ac arferion proffesiynol mewn lleoliadau gwaith cymdeithasol ac addysg, gwaith ieuenctid a chymunedol, ac ymchwil gyfranogol a chyd-gynhyrchu. Mae gen i brofiad o ddefnyddio ystod o ddulliau ymchwil ansoddol gan gynnwys dulliau ethnogrpahig a chreadigol.
