Rwy'n ymchwilydd ymroddedig gyda chefndir academaidd cryf mewn ffiseg a gwyddor deunyddiau. Gan ddilyn fy angerdd am ddeunyddiau uwch, cwblheais fy PhD mewn Gwyddor Deunydd ym Mhrifysgol Anna, Chennai, India, yn 2018. Canolbwyntiodd fy ymchwil doethurol ar lled-ddargludyddion cyfansawdd, yn benodol eu twf gan ddefnyddio Metal-Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD), ac yna nodweddu a saerneiddio dyfeisiau optoelectronig.
Ar hyn o bryd, yn gweithio fel Cydymaith Ymchwil yn yr Ysgol Peirianneg, Canolfan Peirianneg Amledd Uchel (CHFE), Prifysgol Caerdydd. Mae fy ngwaith yn canolbwyntio ar y maes blaengar o Ffabrigo micro-LEDs Gallium Nitride (GaN) sy'n newid yn gyflym. Gyda sylfaen gref mewn agweddau damcaniaethol ac ymarferol ar ddeunyddiau lled-ddargludyddion, rwy'n parhau i gyfrannu at ddatblygiad peirianneg amledd uchel a thechnoleg optoelectronig.
