Biography

I am dedicated researcher with a strong academic background in physics and material science. Pursuing my passion for advanced materials, I completed my PhD in Material Science at Anna University, Chennai, India, in 2018. My doctoral research focused on compound semiconductors, specifically their growth using Metal-Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD), followed by characterization and the fabrication of optoelectronic devices.

Currently, working as a Research Associate at the School of Engineering, Centre for High Frequency Engineering (CHFE), Cardiff University. My work centers on the cutting-edge field of fast-switching cubic Gallium Nitride (GaN) micro-LEDs Fabrication. With a strong foundation in both theoretical and practical aspects of semiconductor materials, I continues to contribute to the advancement of high-frequency engineering and optoelectronic technology.
