Addysgu ac ysgolheictod Nyrs oedolion: Uwch Ddarlithydd. Rwy'n ymwneud ag addysgu ledled yr ysgol gwyddorau gofal iechyd ar lefel israddedig ac ôl-raddedig.
Rwy'n nyrs a bydwraig gofrestredig ac yn nyrs atal cenhedlu ac iechyd rhywiol cymwysedig.
Rwy'n goruchwylio ystod o fyfyrwyr Doethurol o broffesiynau a gynrychiolir yn yr ysgol, y rhai sy'n gwneud ymchwil yn bennaf gan ddefnyddio astudiaethau ansoddol neu ddulliau cymysg. Mae gen i ddiddordeb arbennig mewn iechyd menywod drwy gydol fy mywyd, gan gynnwys iechyd ôl-menopos, geni plant a rheolaeth drwy orfodaeth a cham-drin domestig a'i effaith ar iechyd. Rwyf hefyd yn cael fy rhyngu'n rhannol mewn pynciau a allai fod yn anodd eu trafod (pynciau sensitif).

Ymchwil
Rwyf ar gael i oruchwylio prosiectau ansoddol. Mae fy niddordebau yn ymwneud ag iechyd menywod ac iechyd rhywiol. Mae gen i ddiddordeb mewn goruchwylio myfyrwyr sydd â diddordeb mewn cynnal ymchwil am gam-drin domestig a rheolaeth drwy orfodaeth; Canolbwyntiodd yn benodol ar y ffordd y mae hyn yn croestorri â gofal iechyd.

Addysgu
Rwy'n addysgu ymchwil mewn rhaglenni israddedig ac ôl-raddedig. Rwyf hefyd yn addysgu bydwreigiaeth, iechyd menywod a dulliau atal cenhedlu i fyfyrwyr israddedig.
Rwy'n arwain dau fodiwl:
Ymchwil a Dadansoddi Data (ôl-raddedig)
Adolygiad Systematig Traethawd Hir (traethawd hir Meistr)
Fi yw'r rheolwr rhaglen ar gyfer pob myfyriwr annibynnol - mae'r myfyrwyr hyn yn ymgymryd ag un neu ddau fodiwl i wella eu gwybodaeth a'u hymarfer proffesiynol ac yn aml i'w defnyddio fel rhan o astudiaeth eu Meistr.
Bywgraffiad
Ar hyn o bryd rwy'n uwch-ddarlithydd nyrsio oedolion; Rydw i hefyd yn fydwraig gofrestredig. Rwyf wedi gweithio mewn amrywiaeth o leoliadau nyrsio oedolion gan gynnwys gwasanaethau atal cenhedlu ac iechyd rhywiol, wardiau damweiniau ac achosion brys a llawfeddygol. Cymhwysais fel bydwraig yn 2012 a gweithiais yn Rhydychen fel bydwraig yn gofalu am fenywod cynenedigol, intrapartum ac ôl-enedigol a'u babanod.
Ymunais â Phrifysgol Caerdydd yn 2015 ac ers hynny rwyf wedi dal nifer o rolau yn yr ysgol gwyddorau gofal iechyd, gan gynnwys arweinydd camymddwyn academaidd a rheolwr rhaglen ar gyfer myfyrwyr ôl-raddedig a addysgir ar wahân.
