Yn 2016 symudais i DECIPHer gan weithio i ddechrau ar brosiectau sy'n canolbwyntio ar weithgarwch corfforol plant ac addysg y glasoed o ran defnyddio alcohol. Yn ystod fy nghyfnod yn DECIPHer rwyf wedi gweithio ar draws nifer o wahanol feysydd ym maes iechyd y cyhoedd. Mae fy mhrosiectau presennol yn canolbwyntio ar weithgarwch corfforol mewn ysgolion cynradd, iechyd a lles yn y gweithle a'r defnydd o wyddor ymddygiad wrth ddatblygu ymyriadau iechyd cyhoeddus.

Ymchwil
Mae fy niddordebau ymchwil yn eang ac yn ystod fy nghyfnod yn DECIPHer rwyf wedi gweithio ar draws nifer o wahanol feysydd, yn bennaf fel ymchwilydd ansoddol. Mae gen i ddiddordeb arbennig mewn ymyriadau mewn ysgolion, gweithleoedd a chymunedol ar gyfer hybu a gwella iechyd, gyda ffocws penodol ar iechyd meddwl. Ar hyn o bryd, rwyf hefyd yn ymwneud yn helaeth ag ymchwil ar e-sigaréts/anweddu yn ogystal â gweithgarwch corfforol. Rwyf hefyd wedi datblygu profiad a diddordeb mewn ymchwil ar 'newyn gwyliau' ac amddifadedd bwyd/tlodi.
Mae fy mhrofiad yn bennaf mewn ymchwil ansoddol ar werthusiadau o ymyriadau a pholisïau iechyd cyhoeddus cymhleth gan gynnwys dulliau gwerthuso prosesau a dulliau cydweithredol a rhyngddisgyblaethol o ddylunio ymyrraeth gyda rhanddeiliaid allweddol.
