Darlithydd mewn Rheoli, Cyflogaeth a Threfniadaeth
Trosolwyg
Rwy'n ddarlithydd yn y grŵp pwnc Rheoli, Cyflogaeth a Threfniadaeth yn Ysgol Busnes Caerdydd.
A siarad yn fras, mae fy niddordebau ymchwil yn ymwneud â rheolaeth feirniadol ac astudiaethau trefniadaeth, yn enwedig o ran materion fel pŵer a hunaniaeth yn y gweithle. Yn fwy penodol, mae fy ymchwil ar hyn o bryd yn canolbwyntio ar hyrwyddo iechyd yn y gweithle a thrafod lles yn y gweithle. Yn ddiweddar, rwyf wedi bod â diddordeb mewn meddwl am sut y gallai dulliau critigol o hyrwyddo iechyd yn y gweithle arwain at ddadleuon dros fathau eraill o drefniadaeth.
Cwblheais fy PhD ym Mhrifysgol Caerdydd yn 2019. Roedd fy nhraethawd ymchwil yn edrych ar raglenni lles yn y gweithle o ran y cysylltiadau pŵer rhwng cyflogwr a gweithiwr, gan ystyried beth mae'n ei olygu i fod yn sâl neu'n iach yn y gweithle.
Rwyf wedi cyhoeddi nifer o gyhoeddiadau, gan gynnwys papurau cyd-awdur ac un awdur. Rwyf wedi cyd-olygu rhifyn arbennig o Organization ar bwnc Lles. Ym mis Gorffennaf byddaf yn cyd-gynnull ffrwd o'r enw 'Critical Wellbeing Approaches in Theory and Practice' yng Nghynhadledd Astudiaethau Rheoli Critigol Rhyngwladol 2025.
Rwy'n Gymrawd yr Academi Addysg Uwch ac rwy'n addysgu ar fodiwlau sy'n ymwneud â moeseg busnes ac astudiaethau rheoli beirniadol. Rwyf hefyd yn gynrychiolydd adrannol ar bwyllgor moeseg ymchwil yr Ysgol.
