Rwy'n Gydymaith Ymchwil yn yr Ysgol Gwyddorau Gofal Iechyd. Mae fy ymchwil yn canolbwyntio ar faterion gweithlu mewn gofal iechyd, megis recriwtio a chadw, a chyflwyno rolau newydd. Fel rhan o fy rôl o fewn HCARE, rwy'n gweithio'n agos gyda chydweithwyr yn y Coleg Nyrsio Brenhinol ar brosiectau ymchwil amrywiol.
Cwblheais fy PhD yn adran Rheolaeth, Cyflogaeth a Threfniadaeth Ysgol Busnes Caerdydd. Roedd fy ymchwil PhD yn canolbwyntio ar ymdrechion cyd-gynhyrchu ym maes iechyd a gofal cymdeithasol yng Nghymru. Rwyf hefyd wedi gweithio fel arweinydd seminar ar gyfer myfyrwyr israddedig ac wedi cynorthwyo addysgu a chyflwyno sesiynau i fyfyrwyr ôl-raddedig.
