Biography
I am a Lecturer in Management, Employment, and Organisations at Cardiff Business School. My research focuses on the transformative role of artificial intelligence in work and education. My work seeks to advance a responsible approach to digital transformation, emphasising ethical considerations and sustainable integration of AI technologies in diverse organisational environments, particularly examining the design and ethical dimensions of algorithmic management and responsible digital transformation. I investigate how generative AI is reshaping knowledge creation, learning, and organisational practices within higher education and beyond. Another strand of my research explores post-colonial contexts of workplace obedience, employing a Critical Theory perspective to analyse power dynamics in these settings.
