Overview
I am a PhD student in the School of Geography and Planning, driven by a strong passion for social and environmental (in)justice, as well as human well-being and health.
With an academic background in Architectural Design, I am currently rediscovering my interest in hand drawing and photography, with a focus on urban transformations, social issues, historic architecture (and neighbourhoods), and the vibrant essence of everyday urban life—the true lives and happiness of people.
In my free time, I am an amateur swimmer and a guitar enthusiast.
Research
My research title is Planning for Urban Green Space and Health: Developing a socio-spatial perspective in the post-pandemic era.
The research focuses on environmental injustice issues about post-pandemic inequitable accessibility and the experience of Urban Green Space (UGS) for different social groups. My study will help to understand multiple dimensions of the value of UGS for human health and promote environmental justice in the context of the pandemic's impacts.
