Thesis

My thesis is titled 'Securing Equality and Access to Jusitce Rights'. I am funded by the ESRC. In my thesis I explore the multifaceted nature of equality and justice and argue for analysing both concepts simultaneously due to their symbolic relationship. It is through this symbolic analysis that I have created an innovative framework to measure equality and access to justice. This framework bridges the gap between the theoretical and the empirical offering advancements in equality and access to justice even in restrictive political environments.
