Overview
I am a PhD researcher within the Management, Employment and Organisation section of Cardiff Business School.
I am interested in studying innovative forms of organisation, service delivery and governance in health and social care. Currently, I am focusing on co-production efforts in Welsh health and social care. Alongside my PhD, I have worked as a Researcher/Research Assistant on two projects. The first project is COGOV (Co Production and Co Governance: Strategic Management, Public Value and Co Creation in the Renewal of Public Agencies across Europe); an EU-funded project, in partnership with other UK and EU universities and institutions. The second project is 'UK universities' response to Covid-19: managing their identities during a time of crisis.'
I am also a seminar leader for undergraduate students and have assisted teaching and delivered sessions for postgraduate students.
