Overview
I am a Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist working for Cardiff & Vale UHB. My main roles involve the assessment and treatment of all musculoskeletal conditions within a busy outpatients department at Cardiff Royal Infirmary (CRI). My scope of practice includes having previously worked with Specialist Orthopaedic Consultants as well as the assessment and treatment of patients with knee conditions within a Primary Care setting.
I am also involved in the provision of teaching and mentoring for all clinical staff at CRI as well as providing a clinical educators/teaching role for both BSc and MSc students from Cardiff University.
My background includes having completed a BSc (Hons) Sport Science degree (1994-97), as well as BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy (1998-2001). I have also completed an MSc in Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy and I have been a member of the MACP since 2
