Research

General theme of my research is too explore how learning about one stimulus feature transfers to another stimulus, under conditioned where both share some sort of similarity.

To investigate this, first, participants are familiarised with pairs of stimuli that share common feature (red+circle and green+circle). Then, one of them is trained to elicit a response (red + response 1). The final stage either involves simple presentation of untrained member (blue) of the pair or explicit training of that member with the same (blue - resposne 1) or different (blue - response 2) response mappings.

The pre-training with one member should induce transfer to another member, and this should be evident by the final stage performance.

I was a GTA tutor for 2025-2026 academic year teaching first-year undergraduate students.

I am currenty a seminar tutor supporting Problem-Based Learning (PBL) sessions for 2026-2027 academic year for first-year undergraduate students.
