CURRENT RESEARCH PROJECTS

Maguire M, Cram F, Feilzer, M, Jackson, J, Williams, K., Evaluation of Integrated Offender Management in Wales

  • A preliminary evaluation of changes taking place in Integrated Offender Management in Wales, as a result of the national (England and Wales) ‘refresh’ and new policing policies in Wales.

Ipsos Mori, Maguire M, Cram F, Feilzer, M, Jackson, J., IOM National Refresh Evaluation

  • The project is funded by the Ministry of Justice and seeks to understand how the refresh has been implemented and experienced by police, probation, agencies and service users; its effectiveness in achieving the refresh objectives and assess its overall value for money.

Kitchener, M., Jones, T and Cram, F., The Craft of Co-Produced Policing: Lessons from Grangetown and Ely.

  • Funded by a grant from the Security, Crime, Intelligence, and Innovation Institute (SCIII), this study will advance understanding of the craft of co-produced policing through case studies of initiatives in two districts of Cardiff: Grangetown, and Ely. The findings from our interviews and observation of co-production activities will profile the skills required to effectively co-produce policing.
