Violence in Education: Exploring Pupil-to-Staff Violence in Secondary Schools in Wales
My PhD, ‘Violence in Education: Exploring Pupil-to-Staff Violence in Secondary Schools in Wales’, explores pupil-to-staff violence in Welsh secondary schools, seeking to understand the factors that shape why and how violence occurs within the school environment. The research will explore the experiences and perspectives of both school staff and pupils, including through creative and participatory methods with young people. Ultimately, the project aims to develop a better understanding of pupil-to-staff violence and identify opportunities for prevention, contributing to safer and more supportive school communities.
