Biography
I have over 20 years' experience in leading and managing strategic IT projects, digital learning, and research computing within the university sector.
I joined Cardiff University in 2016 as Programme Manager for Supercomputing Wales – a £16 million investment programme, part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund through the Welsh Government – to give university research teams access to powerful computing facilities. I previously led the development of a portfolio of national Welsh-medium digital learning services at the Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol – including Wales' first national virtual learning environment, 'Y Porth'.
I joined Cardiff Academy of Learning and Teaching in 2020, and as a member of the Digital Education team, I am responsible for leading and supporting a series of organisational-wide projects and initiatives.
