Overview

I am a Clinical Teacher within the Diagnostic Radiography and Imaging (DRI) team at Cardiff University. My role supports radiography students undertaking clinical placements within Swansea Bay University Health Board, helping them bridge the gap between academic learning and clinical practice. I am the Module Lead for the first-year Clinical module, Deputy Learning in Practice Lead for DRI, and Level 5 Lead. I also serve as the DRI International Mobility Officer, supporting global learning opportunities for our students.

My teaching interests focus on student learning in clinical environments and supporting inclusive practice within healthcare education. My MSc research explored the support received by dyslexic radiography students during clinical placements, highlighting the importance of effective support systems within radiography departments.
