Overview

My current responsibilities are organising, developing and managing the MSc in Advanced Surgical Practice. I am also responsible for assisting with the development / delivery of the MSc in Critical Care, module lead for MSc in Pain Management and Lecturer on various sessional modules e.g. Research, Statistics and Evidence Based Practice, as well as marking assessments for the MSc in Wound Healing & Tissue repair.

Our team offers a suite of interprofessional MSc courses and stand-alone modules for healthcare professionals delivered entirely on line.

I have cultivated an expertise in the construction and implementation of these unique E learning courses inclusive of teaching, lecturing, work associated with student assessment, administration as well as participation in committee work, and the pastoral care of students of Cardiff University.

Biography

I am a Registered Nurse by profession and prior to joining Cardiff University on secondment in 2006 (permanent position from 2008) I spent 15 years working in Critical Care.
