My research focuses on the gender and racial inequalities at work, and how to promote more equitable work spaces, specifically in the context of innovation-intensive organisations and SMEs. I am also interested in the role of history and historical oragnisation studies in different contexts, such as family businesses and innovation.
My research has been published in scholarly journals, such as Business History, Human Relations, Gender Work and Organization, Organization, among other contributions in edited books. I am a Fellow of of the Higher Education Academy. I am member of the Innovation Caucus.
