Overview
I am a Professor of Marketing and Strategy at Cardiff Business School, Cardiff University, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and an Association of Business Schools Certified Management & Business Educator.
I'm the Director of Postgraduate Recruitment and Admissions for Cardiff Business SchoolChair of the Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol Business Panel and a contributor for Coleg Cymraeg's Digital Learning Materials scheme.
My main research interests include; strategy process, strategy implementation, mid-level marketing managers, as well as blended learning and bilingual teaching in HE. Previously, my work has appeared in the European Journal of Marketing, Industrial Marketing Management, the Journal of Strategic Marketing and the Journal of Euromarketing. Before joining Cardiff Business School, I gained industrial experience in the marketing and event management industry and also have extensive experience in promotion marketing as well as assisting small and charitable organisations on marketing planning and fundraising.
