Research interests

Particularly, I am interested in the teaching of academic writing, and the structuring of texts and their information flow. Further, my research has focused on taking a multi-method approach to complex English noun phrases, combining elements of construction grammar, systemic functional linguistics, conceptual blending theory, corpus linguistics, discourse analysis, as well as cognitive linguistics.
