Addysgu
I am the convenor of the module "Digital Society: Theory, Method and Data". I also teach in several other undergraduate modules of SOCSI and supervise undergraduate dissertations.
Bywgraffiad
I have a strong interdisciplinary background. Originally trained in Fine Arts (Sculpture), my doctoral thesis looked at hypertextuality and interactions in the digital art-work, making use of postmodern philosophical and social theories. During the PhD my main research interests shifted from the object of art to people and their interactions online, and from humanities to the social sciences -although part of the humanist approach remains in my way of doing research. After my PhD, I completed a Communication Degree and my training as social science researcher was completed with an MRes in Sociology.
Anrhydeddau a dyfarniadau
