Anthony is a Lecturer in Purchasing & Supply Management, FHEA. His research interest is public procurement, with particular emphasis on: SME participation in public contracting; public buyer behaviour; and national procurement policy.
He has written and researched widely on public procurement and his work is published in International Small Business Journal, Journal of Small Business & Enterprise Development, Environment & Planning C: Government and Policy, Public Money & Management, Journal of Public Procurement, International Journal of Public Sector Management and Public Procurement Law Review. He is also a regular contributor to industry magazines and media outlets.
