Mae Anthony yn Uwch Ddarlithydd (Athro Cyswllt) mewn Rheoli Prynu a Chyflenwi yn yr Adran Logisteg a Gweithrediadau yn Ysgol Busnes Prifysgol Caerdydd. Ymunodd â Phrifysgol Caerdydd fel aelod cyfadran llawn amser ym mis Medi 2016. Cyn hynny bu'n darlithio ar draws nifer o golegau trydydd lefel yn Iwerddon rhwng 2013 a 2016. Ei ddiddordeb ymchwil yw caffael a rheoli'r gadwyn gyflenwi, gyda phwyslais arbennig ar gadwyni cyflenwi'r sector cyhoeddus. Mae wedi ysgrifennu ac ymchwilio'n eang yn y maes hwn, ac mae ei waith wedi'i gyhoeddi mewn cyfnodolion ABS 3 a 4 fel Supply Chain Management: An International Journal, Journal of Purchasing & Supply Management, International Small Business Journal, Public Management Review ac Regional Studies. Mae Anthony yn Gymrawd yr Academi Addysg Uwch (FHEA) ac mae ei gyfrifoldebau addysgu yn cynnwys modiwlau israddedig ac ôl-raddedig mewn Prynu a Chyflenwi Rheolaeth. Mae'n rhan o Grŵp Diddordeb Arbennig IPSERA ar Gaffael Cyhoeddus ac mae'n Olygydd Cyswllt gyda'r Journal of Public Acquisitionement.
