Ymunais â ni ym mis Medi 2022. Rwy'n bensaer, ac yn ymchwilydd yn yr amgylchedd adeiledig cynaliadwy. Cyn ymuno â WSA, roeddwn yn Bennaeth Cyswllt profiad yr Ysgol, Addysgu, Dysgu a Myfyrwyr yn yr ysgol Gelf, Dylunio a Phensaernïaeth, Prifysgol Plymouth a minnau hefyd oedd arweinydd ffrwd Technoleg rhaglenni BA Arch a M Bwa. Ymhlith rolau eraill, roeddwn yn arweinydd rhaglen Technoleg Bensaernïol a'r Amgylchedd am dair blynedd.
Bûm yn Diwtor mewn technoleg bensaernïol ym Mhrifysgol Caeredin am 3 blynedd (2009 – 2012) a chyn hynny, rhwng 1995 a 2006 roeddwn yn athro cyswllt yn Ysgol Pensaernïaeth MSRIT, Bangalore, India ac yn arwain fy ymarfer pensaernïol a thîm o ymgynghorwyr, lle rwyf wedi dylunio a gweithredu tua 120 o brosiectau. Rwy'n Aelod Cyswllt o Sefydliad Penseiri India a Sefydliad y Dref India Cynllunwyr. Rwyf hefyd yn Aelod Cyswllt, Sefydliad Brenhinol Penseiri Prydain, y DU ac yn Gymrawd Academi Addysg Uwch, y DU.
Mae fy PhD mewn Pensaernïaeth o Brifysgol Caeredin (2014) ym maes yr amgylchedd adeiledig cynaliadwy. Enillais Wobr Myfyrwyr Ymchwil Coleg y Dyniaethau a'r Gwyddorau Cymdeithasol ac Ymchwil Dramor Prifysgol Caeredin (2008-2012) a Gwobr David Willis am y sesiwn 2008/2009.

Diddordeb Ymchwil
Mae fy niddordebau ymchwil yn gorwedd yn sut y gall dyheadau perchnogion tai lywio strategaethau cynaliadwy mewn dylunio pensaernïol. Mae fy ymchwil yn mynd y tu hwnt i fesur perfformiad technegol yn yr adeilad ac yn archwilio sut mae ymddygiad adeiladau yn gymwys i gynrychioli hyn yn y cyd-destunau cymdeithasol a diwylliannol ehangach. Yn fwy diweddar, rwy'n gweithio ar effaith dewisiadau gwybodus diwylliannol ar iechyd a lles defnyddwyr mewn mannau dan do. Rwy'n archwilio ymddygiad defnyddwyr a dewisiadau sy'n ymwneud â'r ffordd rydym yn defnyddio gofod a'i effaith ar ansawdd aer dan do a chysur thermol aelwydydd lleiafrifoedd ethnig.
Rwy'n hapus i dderbyn ymholiadau a cheisiadau gan ddarpar fyfyrwyr PhD sydd â diddordeb mewn unrhyw un o'r themâu uchod.
