Project Title: Modelling & Mitigating Maladaptive Cyber Security Behaviour in OT Settings (affiliated with Airbus)

I am a PhD student investigating human interaction with operational technology in aviation such as robotic arms for manufacturing and air traffic control equipment! The bridge between operational technology (OT) and information technology (IT) may be vulnerable to cyber risks due to unintentional human errors, and this research aims to explore such human errors (maladaptive behaviours) so that we may mitigate them. 

Why does this research matter? 
Maladaptive human behaviours when operating technology such as robotic arms or air traffic control systems can lead to serious physical and economic damages to employees and industries. We currently have very little research to explain maladaptive behaviours when interacting with aerospace OT.
